2021 Investment Forecast Covers

The Marketing Department was tasked with updating the covers of all Investment Forecast books with fresh, new designs that align with Marcus & Millichap's brand standards.

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation Capital Alert "MMCC Cap Alert"

I was responsible for creating and distributing the weekly MMCC Capital Alert. The Capital Alert informs agents of recent transactions and important news that directly impacts their role at Marcus & Millichap. It is posted on the main company site and sent out as an e-blast directly to all agents.

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) 2021 Agency Closings Rebrand

I was tasked with rebranding MMCC's Monthly Agency Closings. I presented stakeholders with three versions: two featuring a more modern approach based on the MMCC Capabilities Deck rebrand, and the third reflecting the classic MMCC look and feel.

Florida Self-Storage Association Conference Promotional Sales Aids

Print collateral for the 2021 Florida Self-Storage Association Conference & Expo included a two-page direct mailer, distributed to past and potential clients in Florida to promote Marcus & Millichap as the Commercial Real Estate Market Leader. A half-page ad was also provided to attendees at the conference as a promotional bag insert.

Agent Branding

I established a brand identity within Marcus & Millichap's marketing guideline standards for over 2,000 agents and professionals. I created over 500 variations of specialized agent logos, as well as a step by step guide for others to follow and replicate.

Each logo must end in either “Group” or “Team” to ensure consistency. Once the initial logo has been drafted in Adobe Illustrator and approved, it gets placed into four header templates created via Adobe InDesign. The header templates are; 4 x 6 Headers, 6 x 9 Headers, Eblast Headers & Flyer Headers. There are nine subcategories for each of the header images: Recently Listed, Recently Financed, Recently Closed, Recent Activity, Price Reduced, Just Closed, Exclusive Opportunity, Exclusive Opportunities, and Call for Offers. Of the nine subcategories, there are two variations for background images, either a blue building or a blue abstract; except for Eblast Headers, which are just tall and short. The completed and correctly labeled header images are then uploaded into MNet, a Marcus & Millichap exclusive website for agents to gather assets to attract clients and promote listings. A total of 72 images are uploaded to MNet.

Since this process began in late 2019, Marcus & Millichap began generating custom business cards for each of the professionals who requested a custom team logo.

There is a single line template and a two line template for teams with longer names. Each logo has an all black version, a black and blue stripe version, and an all white version. Each logo set is exported in multiple formats for convenient usage ie: .eps, .png, .jpg.
