Unbridled’s long-term client, Fast Enterprises, celebrates their employees annually at their All Group Meeting (AGM). The 2024 AGM took place in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, spanning two luxury resort buyouts—Xcaret Arte and Xcaret Mexico. The event featured three custom theme nights across two separate identical waves taking place in June and July 2024 to accommodate 4,000 attendees. (In addition to Fast’s employees, the invitation was extended to their families as well).
This two-wave event provided full scope service for Unbridled, involving all teams from logistics, production, and travel to creative. The creative scope included three custom theme night visual identities and onsite implementation.

Olé! A Mexican Fiesta
This welcome event captured the essence of Mexico through sounds and spectacles where guests savored authentic regional dishes while listening to traditional eclectic musicians.
This evening event logo concept is a vibrant celebration of Mexican culture and the spirit of fiesta. Designed to seamlessly integrate with the main AGM logo family, the evening event logo, featuring a dynamic flag design, stands out as a unique and captivating visualization of what “¡Olé!” looks to capture. The choice of a single, rich plum purple color creates a sense of mystery and allure, evoking the ambiance of an enchanting evening. This hue contrasts with the neon colors used in the main logo, emphasizing the transition from daytime to nighttime festivities. Intended for use as decor, the flags embody the essence of Mexican celebrations, promising an immersive experience where attendees can savor authentic regional dishes and revel in the electric atmosphere of Xcaret. This visual direction captures the essence of the event – a fusion of robust flavors, colorful dishes, and exquisite craftsmanship, all set against the backdrop of a Mexican fiesta. ¡Olé!

As the light fades, the jungle comes to life in this elegant evening celebrating the spirit of Mayan culture combined with lush surroundings, animal sightings, and an explosive after party.

The Xcaret Arte resort came to life with unique activities designed to engage and entertain attendees, no matter their mood or vibe — from dancing the night away to enjoying a movie under the stars with family.
A logo was created for each activity, aligned with its vibe meter (energy levels).
